Propósito do cargo:

- O Tax manager lidera o time fiscal da Reckitt Brasil, garantindo o cálculo dos tributos devidos pela empresa, a entrega das obrigações acessórias de forma tempestiva e a melhoria de processos para automação de atividades repetitivas
- O Tax manager tem interface frequente com as mais diversas áreas da companhia, tais como Marketing, Finanças, Compras, Assuntos Regulatórios, Jurídico e R&D e é responsável por liderar o time fiscal para garantir o compliance da empresa, orientando as áreas ou provendo informações de qualidade, de forma estruturada, clara e célere.
- Deve ser ter sólidos conhecimentos da legislação tributária, excelente visão de processos e paixão pela melhoria contínua, focando na redução de atividades sem valor agregado, gerando tempo para que a área possa ser parceira do negócio.
- **Responsabilidades**:
- Gerenciar todas as atividades inerentes ao fechamento fiscal mensal, trimestral e anual de acordo com as normas de IFRS
- Certificar que todos os cálculos dos tributos diretos e indiretos estejam corretos, bem como as obrigações acessórias relativas a tais tributos
- Garantir a entrega dos relatórios de fechamento de acordo com os prazos
- Garantir a precisão e desempenho da conciliação contábil dos tributos
- Responsável pela entrega do Tax Package
- Gerenciar a elaboração, revisão e entrega do ECF
- Gerenciar o cálculo do preço de transferência
- Acompanhamento da legislação tributária, de forma a identificar alterações que impactem os negócios e sistemas da cia
- Atendimento de auditoria interna e externa
- Atendimento de fiscalizações
- Conduzir projetos de alterações sistêmicas e participar de projetos de negócios que tenham impacto fiscal
- Principais Desafios:
- Reestruturar a equipe fiscal e revisitar processos, otimizar rotinas da área
- Identificar oportunidades para aplicar melhoria, automação e padronização de processos fiscais
- Usar tecnologias de gerenciamento de dados para aproveitar fontes de dados existentes para ajudar a reduzir o trabalho manual de extração, manipulação e reconciliação de dados de sistemas de origem
- Otimizar os recursos de diversos projetos acontecendo ao mesmo tempo
- Ser efetivo e eficiente nas comunicações com o time e as diversas áreas de negócio
- Garantir comunicação clara e tempestiva com o time e a gestão
- Qualificações/Atributos Pessoais:
- Ensino Superior Completo
- Desejável formação em: Direito, Contabilidade, Administração ou economia
- Fluente em inglês
- Experiência na gestão da área tributária
- Experiência com transformação digital da área fiscal será considerada um plus
- Pensamento crítico e a capacidade de resolver problemas complexos
- Focado em buscar alternativas para remover barreiras.
