Maintenance Superintendent

CSG Talent are looking for Maintenance Superintendent to join our client - world's leading smelting and mining company. This is a great opportunity to join a large organisation and live in picturesque location in Tasmania.

Please note, this role requires relocation to Hobart. In offer you will have very competitive salary, bonus and relocation assistance including sign on bonus.

**Overview of the role**

This new position is a key leadership role leading a team of maintainers in Raw Materials area integrated with the processing side. You will be responsible for ore concentrate stacking area, acid plant, boilers, conveyors, ship loader etc.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experiences**:

- 5-10 years' experience in a similar level role
- Extensive knowledge of asset maintenance systems and process
- Ideally, you have a degree in engineering, maintenance management or an extensive related background
- Trade/Diploma qualified is desirable
- Capable of working at all levels of business and proficient at Superintendent/Management levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead and problem solve - make plans, take initiative to identify improvements and implement effectively
