**Responsabilidades e atribuições**:
Seu papel é estratégico no desenvolvimento e execução de estratégias de vendas, impulsionando o crescimento e a expansão da empresa. Responsável por liderar o time de pré-vendas e vendas.

Papel fundamental na conquista de potenciais novos clientes, na maximização da receita e na criação de uma presença de mercado sólida.

Desenvolvimento de Estratégias de Vendas:

- Colaborar com a equipe de liderança na definição de metas e estratégias de vendas alinhadas aos objetivos gerais da empresa.
- Identificar oportunidades de mercado e tendências, adaptando as estratégias de vendas conforme necessário.

Gestão da Equipe de Vendas:

- Recrutar, treinar e liderar uma equipe de profissionais de vendas de alta performance.
- Estabelecer metas individuais e coletivas, proporcionando suporte contínuo e orientação para garantir o alcance dos objetivos.

Execução e Acompanhamento:

- Gerenciar a execução das estratégias de vendas, garantindo que a equipe atinja as metas estabelecidas.
- Utilizar ferramentas de análise de desempenho para avaliar e ajustar constantemente as abordagens de vendas.

Relacionamento com Clientes:

- Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes chave.
- Atuar como ponto de contato principal para negociações estratégicas e resolução de problemas.

Inovação e Melhoria Contínua:

- Fomentar uma cultura de inovação, incentivando a busca por novas abordagens e técnicas de vendas.
- Implementar processos eficientes e identificar oportunidades para melhorias contínuas.

Relatórios e Análises:

- Gerar relatórios frequentes sobre o desempenho de vendas e apresentar análises à liderança.
- Utilizar dados para tomada de decisões, e ajustar as estratégias se necessário.

**Requisitos desejáveis**:

- Experiência comprovada em liderança de equipes de vendas de plataforma SaaS e Varejo.
- Escalar times de pré-vendas e vendas para a busca das metas estabelecidas.
- Conhecimento sólido em estratégias de vendas e técnicas de negociação.
- Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e de rápida evolução.
- Formação acadêmica relevante e familiaridade com as particularidades do setor.

Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Efetivo CLT

Salário: Até R$20.000,00 por mês
