**Responsabilidades**:

- Líder de site e responsável pela operação dos sistemas de informação em sua localidade.
- Fornece orientação para projetos de tecnologia locais e avalia as melhores opções técnicas, tempo, escopo e custo
- Responsável pela infraestrutura de voz e dados no local
- Mantém a operação ideal da sala de informática e dos dispositivos alojados nela por meio de manutenção e configurações
- Responsável pela configuração, administração e manutenção dos servidores
- Comunique, oriente, implemente software de engenharia com grupos de suporte globais
- Forneça suporte ao usuário de segundo nível para incidentes que exigem resolução local e não podem ser resolvidos pelo Service Desk.
- Forneça suporte prático para implantações de projetos globais de TI e execute diversas tarefas relacionadas ao trabalho, conforme atribuído.
- Colabore com os grupos de suporte global da empresa para resolver problemas de tecnologia do usuário final.
- Apoiar a instalação/configuração de hardware e software de acordo com as políticas corporativas e conforme projetado pela equipe do usuário final.
- Proporcione a satisfação do cliente lidando com ordens de serviço com comunicação, documentação e pontualidade eficientes.
- Líder de programas de substituição de PCs e trocas de emergência.
- Manter a máxima confidencialidade em todas as conversas, documentos, correspondências, registros de pesquisa, informações, dados, etc.
- Auxiliar no gerenciamento de ativos de todos os dispositivos do usuário final e gerenciar o nível de estoque de equipamentos sobressalentes.
- Mantenha seu supervisor/administrador de TI LATAM informado sobre o status da infraestrutura local.
- Oferecer suporte à equipe do Platform Service para a operação de backup local de acordo com as políticas corporativas
- Quaisquer responsabilidades adicionais atribuídas pelo líder LATAM, conforme necessário.

**QUALIFICAÇÕES**
- Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência na implementação do sistema operacional desktop MS Windows.
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em LANDesk, SCCM (ou outras ferramentas de distribuição de software).
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em gerenciamento de dispositivos móveis.
- Forte experiência em implantação e suporte de sistemas operacionais Windows Server.
- Sólidos conhecimentos dos princípios da infraestrutura de redes de Voz e Dados.
- Princípios operacionais sólidos da sala de informática.
- Desejável - Cursos Cisco CCNA
- Certificação ITIL v3 desejável.
- ISO/IEC 9001 e 27001 Conhecimento desejável.
- Princípios sólidos de gerenciamento de projetos do PMI

**Competências Técnicas/Funcionais**
- Implantação do sistema operacional Windows.
- Administração, acompanhamento e implantação de projetos de TI
- Objetos de Diretiva de Grupo (GPOs) relacionados à área de trabalho.
- Experiência em sistema operacional Windows Server.
- Scripts com PowerShell e VBScript.
- Conhecimento de Infraestrutura de Sala de Informática
- Conhecimento das tecnologias Cisco para redes LAN WAN WLAN
- A experiência no uso de sistemas ITSM como o ServiceNow é uma vantagem.
- Gerenciamento e Administração de projetos de TI relacionados à infraestrutura e aplicações de usuário final

**EDUCAÇÃO E CERTIFICAÇÕES**
- Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Sistemas, experiência equivalente ou carreira relacionada
- Inglês - Intermediário / Avançado
