Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Programa altamente qualificado(a) e motivado(a), com entusiasmo para impulsionar o crescimento e auxiliar na expansão de programas de terceiros da Amazon no Brasil.

Key job responsibilities
- Gerenciar nossa rede de transportadores insistindo nos mais altos padrões de qualidade operacional.
- Contribuir com novas iniciativas que permitam o crescimento, aprimorem nossos processos e reduzam os custos para nossos clientes.
- Identificar o impacto de novas iniciativas comerciais e integrá-las e implementá-las com sucesso no local.
- Inovar para melhorar a experiência do vendedor e do cliente e eliminar custos de nossa rede.
- Investigar a fundo e resolver barreiras operacionais com foco na compreensão das causas raiz.
- Procurar maneiras de otimizar nossa rede e operações por meio de uma comparação contínua com colegas de outros países.
- Influenciar estratégias de curto e médio prazo para a área.
- Desenvolver novos mecanismos e métricas que ajudem a simplificar as operações diárias.
- Trabalhar com equipes de tecnologia e gerentes de produtos para desenvolver novas ferramentas e sistemas que apoiem o crescimento do negócio.
- Trabalhar de forma eficaz com várias organizações, incluindo operadores de campo, equipes de suporte e gerentes de produtos de tecnologia.

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA
- Conhecimento dos princípios Lean e da metodologia DMAIC
- Experiência em MS Access e SQL
- Experiência em análise de dados e habilidade para escrever documentos de forma clara e detalhada
