Role objective

The professional aims to make employees’ routines more attractive, providing comfort and a feeling of welcome in physical spaces and facilities. This Colleague should have a strategic view of the operation, develop impact training and metrics related to work environments, and be responsible for gathering information, designing, structuring, and improving the experience of employees and internal customers to promote engagement and create an inspiring Corporate environment as well as Support engagement and sense of Community.

Training:
Engineering professional and public relations or similar/equivalent professional career.

**Experience**:
At least five years working in corporate services areas or charge of public attention services.

Reporting

The Workplace Experience Leader will report to the Latam GWS leader and closely interact with all the GWs Latam, especially operational colleagues. Furthermore, it will closely interact with the prominent local leaders and key stakeholders to diagnose and plan actions according to and prioritize local needs.

The role is comprehensive and visible at a regional level in Latin America, with a strong interaction with a global experience team creating a welcoming and collaborative environment between operational teams and local Communities Hosts.

He/she has a strategic view of the operation and impact training metrics in work environments. He/she is responsible for designing, structuring, and improving the experience of employees and internal customers to promote engagement and create an inspiring corporate environment.

Main Duties:
Get Global GWS knowledge regarding Experience practices and guidelines to plan how to deploy in Latam; Identifies market trends and best practices to incorporate into the model; Develops and train local teams so that they can offer the best functional support to colleagues; Identifies the areas of opportunity and paths according to the alignments with the leadership teams; Identifies technology and systems that can help with management; Conduct satisfaction surveys to obtain relevant feedback for creating overall and engagement strategies; Work dynamically with leaders, peers, and suppliers in Latin America; Create proposals for activities according to the specific demands of each market and look for standardization; Evaluates the impacts and feedback of the actions, thus creating a database and KPIs for the maturation of the processes; Works closely with Facility Managers and Host Communities to implement strategic priorities and find practical and meaningful solutions; Designs the concept of experience in the employee's life cycle to improve the feeling of belonging and the performance of teams; Create environments where differences are openly shared, accepted, and incorporated as a whole; Understands and involve the most relevant aspects of D&I for the development of its function; Support talent retention efforts by creating a unique work environment; Find and enhance zero carbon needs that can be shared and generate common goals with colleagues; Skills and competencies Effective communication skills with different levels of the organization; Analytical and operational skills to solve problems; Quickly build trust and relationships with employees, teams, and leaders; Materializes new corporate cultures and core values by engaging employees;
