**About the Unit**:
The Global People Operations team supports the people strategy, processes and tools, so that leaders can identify and develop their talents.

This position reports to the Global People Operations Manager and is responsible for maintaining the global people platforms and people processes related. Responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of people platforms ensuring that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies and guidelines. In addition, responsible for setting systems administration requirements, support implementations, communication, and system security administration that support the company’s strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily administration of the SAP SuccessFactors system for Employe Central Module, acting as backup for Compensation Module and supporting other modules when required (including possibly other systems).
- Being responsible to maintain and develop new reports through Report Center platform either in Canvas, Story or Table format
- Responsible to maintain and develop operational dashboards
- Partner with People Leadership and other system administrators to configure, maintain, and operate the environment to reflect and communicate our business processes and to manage our people transactions
- Work with 3rd party providers to keep up-to-date on releases system specifications, managing system changes, and communicating updates to impacted stakeholders
- Maintain system security roles and supporting content (for example, profiles, objects, worksheets, updates to notifications, templates, picklists, settings, field labels, etc.)
- Partner with other internal colleagues including 3rd party vendors as needed for system maintenance
- Create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for each release
- Perform quality assurance checks on system configuration, and test workflows
- Provide end user support to ensure adoption and ease of use
- Partner with other module Administrators to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer
- Execute mass data changes as needed
- Ensure global compliance to established policies, procedures and governance
- Point of contact for any escalation issues
- Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups
- Conduct and/or create training related to global people processes

**Profile**:

- Familiarity with Employe Central and Reporting Center in Success Factors
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Consistent ability to read, interpretate and work with considerably amount of data
- Good knowledge in PowerBI
- Process architectural background and experience in relating this to process frameworks
- Excellent documentation and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization - to both technical and business audiences
- Project Management skills, including requirements gathering
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong relationship skills - both internal/external
- Fluency in English plus 1 other language
- Participation in Employee Central (SF) implementation is a plus
- Knowledge in SAP Concur administration is a plus
- Recruitment, Compensation, Talent, Employee Central, Learning or any other SF module certification is a plus
- Understanding of IT concepts, XML concepts, integration concepts and tools and configuration items is a plus
