**Digital Manufacturing Champion - Future Factory**

The combination of people with expertise and technology makes Manufacturing Development (MD) the global enabler for knowledge and technology step up. Crucial for us is to create value in our operations with new, safe, and sustainable solutions. You will embark on this journey together with colleagues in Future Factory team tasked to transform and equip the SKF Group Manufacturing footprint with digital solutions, skills, and knowledge to strengthen World Class Manufacturing for competitive advantage. The mission is to digitalize 90 factories globally. Today they are mostly non-standard and highly manual... Are you up for the challenge?

**Your day-to-day work**

As part of the digital deployment team, you will drive the digital transformation of SKF factories. You will be the bridge between the factories and IT by working with the factory management to raise the awareness of digital manufacturing and what opportunities and challenges digital transformation brings.

You will support the factories in establishing strategies and roadmaps based on their business needs, as well as helping them to realize their strategies by deploying digital solutions from the Future Factory solution portfolio. You will also actively drive and lead cultural change activities needed for successful digital transformation.

**We expect you to have**
**Requirements**:

- BBA/BSc/BEng Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronical Engineering, Economical Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Extensive and broad manufacturing process knowledge
- Proven experience in communication and interaction with international stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Professional communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing

Advantageous
- Experience in Lean manufacturing methodologies and preferably possess Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
- Experience in digital transformation projects in an international environment
- Experience in business analysis and demand shaping
