**Senior Advisor Product Design**

**What you’ll achieve**
As a Senior Product Design Advisor, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality design artefacts that can be referenced upon by varied stakeholders, striking a balance between user requirements against business goals. You will see through the design life cycle from user research, wire framing, interaction design, to prototyping and visual design.

**You will**:

- Lead the product design from discovery to framework development and design production.
- Manage usability testing, design analytics, and design strategy to achieve user needs.
- Educate cross functional team on design requirements.
- Introduce industry best practices that can add value to the design process.
- Support with recruiting and hiring team members.

**Essential Requirements**
- Solid experience in design patterns, from user research to lo-fidelity and hi-fidelity mock-ups.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design solutions and requirements across varied stakeholders.
- Deep project management skills to facilitate the product design from scratch to end.
- Experience working with Figma and FigJam
- Advanced English level

**Desirable Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree
