**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3 - 5 years payroll experience (mandatory), HR Shared Services background preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures for assigned country: Brazil
- Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and operate efficiently under continuous change.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (excel) and ideally having worked with multiple technologies (HRIS System, Workday, SAP).
- Strong drive for results, accuracy and control compliance.
- The ability to use initiative and be proactive in anticipating problems which may occur.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality and to coordinate and lead multiple tasks and resources.
- Skilled in developing professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and peers.
- High degree of process orientation and improvement mindset.
- Above average communications skills and customer service orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related discipline required
- Language skills: intermediate-advance level in English.
