**Project**:
**Responsibilities**:
As a UX Researcher, your assignments will include:

- Product discovery;
- Broad understanding of business and user needs;
- Quantitative and qualitative research methods including:

- User interviews; _
- Usability Testing (moderated and unmoderated);_
- Survey analysis;_
- Data analytics;_
- Heatmap analysis;_
- Benchmarking research;_
- User journey mapping;_
- Constant collaboration and clear communication of research findings to stakeholders

**Requirements**:
**Must have**
- Fluent English;
- 3+ years of experience as a UX researcher;
- Experience working with Software as a Service (Saas);
- Able to analyze and translate user experience research data into product design improvements;
- Knowledge of the basic concepts of design thinking;
- Proficiency in research tools and software for data collection and analysis.

**Nice to have**
- Experience working in the health insurance area;
- Experience working on projects using agile methods.
