**Responsibilities**
- Develop interactive and immersive AR experiences using WebGL and related technologies.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement AR features and functionalities.
- Research and experiment with new AR techniques, libraries, and technologies to enhance the quality of AR experiences.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to WebGL and AR implementations to ensure robustness and stability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in WebGL programming with a strong understanding of 3D graphics principles and techniques.
- Experience with AR development frameworks/libraries such as AR.js, A-Frame, or similar.
- Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of 3D mathematics and algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- A portfolio showcasing previous WebGL and AR projects is a plus.
