Who will you be working with?

Joining Finance Team you will find yourself working with people who are exceptionally talented, determined, and committed to drive financial and process improvement.

How will you make a difference?

This position will support the Services P&L, working in monthly end closings and close to the P&L leader as FP&A, providing information to Directors with high exposition. Also, collaborate with the global team along with day-to-day P&L issues, providing details of the Region.

What do we want to know about you?
- Graduated in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or correlated areas.
- Experience in FP&A.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and detailed-driven profile.
- Highly motivated and proactive attitude with flexibility to respond to critical questions and challenging situations.
- Ownership and empathy to understand business needs and find out solutions within our accounting and governance rules.
- Optimize processes, automate routines, flexibility and openness to continuous improvement.
- Advanced level knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - including the ability to speak to different teams such as product, engineering, sales internally and externally and HQ leaders.

Desired qualifications:

- MBA or Post Graduation diploma
- Desirable Microsoft Power BI experience
- Desirable Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)

What will your typical day look like?
- Lead P&L level closing activities, drive transparency and predictability, and provide strong variance analysis.
- Work with Actuals, Budget, Forecast, Strategic Plan and long-term financial models/plan.
- Explain variances on volume, mix, base cost, variable cost, project sales, margins, SGA, EBIT, working capital and cash from operation.
- Drive the operational team to achieve the financial goals and performance indicators.
- Perform analytics of all variances, walks/bridges Budget to Actuals, YOY, Forecast to Actuals, etc.
- Define, align, and execute most effective finance and operation processes regarding closing activities.
- Lead communications between finance and other teams of estimates, actuals, risks and opportunities and planning.
- Measure working capital and drive projects to improve it. Understand and drive appropriate trade-offs between cash and operations.
- Lead communications to HQ and Regional Executives.
- Work in cost roll ups, contract analysis, escalation formulas, providing final price of products.
- Working close to the commercial and customer services teams also with the project managers.
- Provide deep analysis of costs and margins for each segment.
- Prepare presentations to HQ and Regional Executives. Be a business finance partner of P&L Leader supporting strategic decisions with financial analysis.
- Strong interface with HQ, monthly and weekly meetings, and presentations.
