**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are hiring a **Senior Product Designer**for our CARE team in **Brazil**

The CARE team in Product & Technology is responsible for a simple, engaging, and delightful experience that engages our users in their well-being journey through Wellhub. We'll use new technologies like large language models and learn from proven approaches in the health sciences.

**YOUR IMPACT**:
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be pivotal in shaping the product direction, setting design standards, and driving exceptional user experiences. You will contribute strategically while executing fast, impactful iterations. This role requires autonomy, speed, and adherence to best practices, ensuring the product evolves to meet both user and business needs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define the vision for your product, aligning design with the overall roadmap and goals. Partner with these leaders to define and refine features, contributing to product direction and ensuring design consistency;
- Work with Design Leadership to refine and optimize design processes, incorporating best practices in information architecture, UI, and design efficiency;
- Design new features and improvements focusing on performance while maintaining high aesthetic design standards.
- Utilize findings from the Research team to build a bridge between user insights and product features, ensuring data-driven design decisions;
- Conduct benchmarks and user testing to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape;

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Someone who aligns with our culture and work dynamics, thriving in and contributing to Wellhub's bold, youthful, and constantly evolving environment;
- Strong professional design experience, preferably in technology startups;
- Deep knowledge of user experience processes and information architecture;
- Proficiency in prototyping to explore and communicate design solutions effectively;
- Solid knowledge of service design;
- Experience working with product managers to develop strategies and rationales for features;
- Strong interest and expertise in UI design are essential;
- A hands-on, innovative thinker who thrives in a startup culture;
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
