**Operations Excellence Manager**

This position reports into Regional Deliver Excellence LATAM Sr Manager and is based at Brazil - SJC or Sao Paulo.

**What you will do**

The Operations Excellence Manager is responsible for deploying process improvement practices across all Deliver functional areas (Warehouse, Transportation, Trade Operations and Customer Service) and deploying the Regional Deliver Roadmap, is also responsible for leading key regional programs, capabilities implementation and problem solving for adhoc business requirements, will strengthen functional expertise and improve process design, operational capabilities, efficiency and excellence across Kenvue Deliver LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive process mining practices across LATAM
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and procedures.
- Define business process standards, develop, and execute on clear strategy and outline best practices to improve cost/efficiency/service for the Region.
- Define and execute regional process capability roadmap and solution deployments
- Collaborate, lead and be a change agent to drive end to end process improvements working closely with internal and external supply chain and logistics partners
- Implement and sustain best in class process standards and KPIs for Deliver operations
- Drive upstream supply chain efficiencies to ensure optimal distribution process working closely with Plan, Make, Source and Deliver Partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics services and improve customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain related disciplines and a minimum of 5 years demonstrated people management experience.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese and Intermediate Spanish
- Bachelor's degree (engineering, business management, logistics or supply chain management)
- Proven track record on order to cash, transportation and warehouse processes (ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM)
- Lean/Six Sigma certified with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement programs and culture
- Strong business acumen and understanding of E2E supply chain is required
- Strong understanding of SAP processes in order to cash and warehouse modules
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems and improve business processes.
- Strong experience/understanding of process design, standards definition and implementation as well as building best practices in Operations Efficiency.
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and service improvement from data driven insights
- E2E mindset and collaborative, influence-based leadership approach

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with process mining activities (Celonis knowledge)
- Data visualization experience (Power BI knowledge)
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
