**Impact You'll Make**:
A pessoa Customer Success atua lado a lado com clientes para garantir máxima extração de valor dos produtos e serviços, e centralizar as atividades e relacionamento entre as empresas. Na TU, trabalhará de perto com as maiores empresas do mercado, atuando diretamente em processos de decisão em diversas áreas de negócios.

Terá como principal atribuição acompanhar e assegurar a aderência de nossas soluções em clientes estratégicos e contas foco, e apoiar nossas áreas de vendas e serviços a expandir atuação. Será responsável por mobilizar equipes internas para remover qualquer impedimento ou problema que comprometa o uso adequado de nossas soluções e a experiência de nossos clientes.

**Responsabilidades**
- Acompanhar o uso/aderência das soluções contratadas e ir a fundo nos problemas dos clientes (5 porquês) para aumentar a retenção e expandir nossa presença;
- Pro-ativamente identificar tendências de uso das soluções TU e engajar equipes internas para tomada de ações;
- Liderar planos de ação fim a fim para resolução de problemas;
- Responsável por assegurar a resolução de problemas operacionais e técnicos através da habilidade de mobilizar diferentes equipes dentro da TransUnion;
- Manter agenda recorrente de acompanhamento de contas (Status de projeto, QBR’s, pesquisa de satisfação e afins);
- Elaborar relatórios periódicos de Customer Success Score / Health Score e fatos relevantes nas contas em que atua;
- Apoiar vendas na preparação e entrega de revisões operacionais trimestrais nas contas nomeadas;
- Entregar e comprovar ROI dos nossos produtos e serviços durante o ciclo de vida do cliente;
- Realizar pesquisas de satisfação periódicas e garantir engajamento dos usuários na apuração do NPS.
