**Sobre esta posição**:
Ensures execution of procurement activities for Raw Material, Packaging and Molds for its Country, according to Group standards, also acting as focal point for Raw-Pack-Molds procurement topics for the Country.

**Principais responsabilidades**:
CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

Provides support to the Procurement Category Managers and Region Procurement Manager for procurement strategy definition.
Provides support for its Region regarding implementation of procurement category strategy.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Supports the definition of annual budget for procurement Categories managed centrally for its Region according to Group guidelines.
Collaborates in budget and planning definition for Procurement Projects.

SOURCING MANAGEMENT

Supports Procurement Category Manager and Region Procurement Manager in scouting activities of new suppliers according to Procurement guidelines.
Is consulted, for items managed centrally, by Procurement Category Manager in order to conduct / oversee negotiation with suppliers, in alignment with internal procedures and Ferrero Code of Business Conduct.

PURCHASING MANAGEMENT

Executes purchasing activities (e.g. price list, quote allocation), ensuring product availability with agreed quality and service levels monitoring supplier's performance.
Supervises analysis and evaluation of offers received in order to select the best available alternatives.

GLOBAL ACTIVITIES

All global activities related to the strategy definition, budgeting process, project and purchasing management, category and sourcing management, etc., especially for Global suppliers are shared with the Region Procurement Manager and Global Category Managers.

- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Complete higher education
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Leadership Skills and People Management;
- Proven Negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of the local and global supplier market, price agreements and related procedures;
- Knowledge of principal manufacturing processes;
- Knowledge of procurement process;
- Knowledge of contractual agreements.
