Superior Completo em Administração, Psicologia ou áreas afins (Humanas);
- Experiência em RH, em atividades generalistas, com foco principal em T&D, Recrutamento e Seleção;
- Vivência em empresa de Logística / Transportadora de médio a grande porte, com público administrativo e operacional;
- Atuação como BP, preferencialmente de área de prestação de serviços;
- Experiência com auditorias (de clientes e certificações);
- Conhecimento geral em gestão de indicadores, orçamento e relatórios administrativos;
- Noções básicas de Relações Trabalhistas;
- Noções de Segurança de informação (LGPD);
- Desejável conhecimento em sistema de gestão de processos e sistemas da qualidade;
- Pacote Office (Excel e PowerPoint);
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em Colombo/PR.

**Atividades**:

- Ações de Gestão do conhecimento, competências e processos críticos: Contribuir para a estratégia, auxiliando os líderes a fim de identificar, priorizar e construir as competências e comportamentos alinhados às necessidades organizacionais;
- Ações de Gestão do Clima - Contribuir para a consolidação da empresa como um empregador preferencial, reforçando um ambiente de gestão de pessoas adequado para desenvolvimento de equipes de alta performance e focada;
- Cultura organizacional: Trabalhar ativamente para reforçar os valores da empresa nos processos de gestão de pessoas;
- Suporte na estratégia do negócio: Participar de reuniões e projetos do departamento a fim de contribuir com questões relacionadas a a
- ões de RH;
- Realizar a avaliação das necessidades de recrutamento e pela realização dos processos de seleção das posições Operacionais e Administrativas;
- Suporte aos clientes internos: Apoiar os gestores em todos os subsistemas de RH, como por exemplo: questões de administração de pessoal, desempenho, desenvolvimento individual, planos de retenção, administração salarial e desligamento. Oferecer suporte aos gestores sobre questões de pessoas em relação a mudanças organizacionais.
