Cursos: NR 10, NR 35, Cursos relacionados a área de Eletricista Industrial de alta tensão e Mecânico de Manutenção.

Ensino Técnico em Mecatrônica / eletrotécnico

Experiência Efetuar manutenção elétrica corretiva de máquinas, equipamentos, painéis de comando, cabine, instrumentos, motores, aparelhos elétricos, pneumáticos, a fim de diagnosticar defeitos, através de esquemas, desenhos, catálogos, análise e avaliação técnica, bem como, desmontar, recuperar, montar, testar e substituir componentes, realizar manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva dos mesmos, providenciar novas instalações elétricas nas áreas da empresa, tanto na civil quando na industrial, efetuar reparos em equipamentos e instalações prediais, executar manutenção

Montar máquinas, equipamentos e instalações:
Interpretar esquemas de montagem de máquinas, equipamentos e instalações; preparar o local para montagem de máquinas, equipamentos e instalações; selecionar componentes eletromecânicos, ferramentas e instrumentos para a montagem; montar os componentes do produto; avaliar etapas da montagem; testar o funcionamento do produto após a montagem.
- Realizar manutenção de máquinas, equipamentos e instalações:
Participar na elaboração de planos de manutenção; estabelecer condições de segurança para executar a manutenção; interpretar instruções de manutenção; selecionar ferramentas e
instrumentos para realizar a manutenção; identificar as causas de defeitos em máquinas, equipamentos e instalações; listar peças danificadas; especificar componentes para reposição; definir a alternativa a ser seguida para o conserto; substituir componentes danificados; testar funcionamento do equipamento após o conserto; atualizar registros de manutenção de máquinas, equipamentos e instalações; modernizar máquinas, equipamentos e instalações; inspecionar máquinas, equipamentos e instalações.
