Asset Performance Management Specialist

Purpose:

- Positions holders focus on the effectiveness and efficiency of Aggreko's assets, including:

- Developing and planning standard maintenance schedules (including installation, commissioning, disassembly and movement of equipment);
- Identifying opportunities and technical changes in design and/or asset deployment to optimize asset performance ensuring reliability through pro-actively identifying and correcting standard and more complex problems and conducting routine testing and analysis on failures;
- May identify and escalate OEM / Supplier / Product level issues.
- Accountability Level:

- Experienced individual contributor (specialist operational/technical role, or experienced professional). Works independently, with limited supervision. Problems faced may be difficult but can be addressed within an established framework.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis to support Root Cause Analysis;
- Works in Maintenance, Operations and Performance KPIs, as Service Compliance;
- Proactively works with areas to improve the KPIs;
- Be Process Owner for Retrofit/ Campaigns for the region;
- Be Subject Matter Expert for Operations, Service/ Maintenance Systems working with the regionals SMEs;
- Being Expert in Maintenance Plan and Build Maintenance plan and Spare when necessary;
- SME and Focal Point for Warranty;
- TCO expert;
- Follow $/RH costs;
- Support on commercial P&L;
- Support on annual budget for Service Material costs.

Typical Experience: University Degree / Specialized Diploma
