Team Overview:
Opportunity for a person with the desire to learn and grow, working in a dynamic high-performance team. Acting in the company's internal legal area beyond the law with interaction with multidisciplinary teams. Acting in strategic cases and portfolio management of lawsuits.

Role Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance related to Civil Law, Consumer Law, Tax Law, Labor Law;
- Analyze alternatives and help define strategies in sensitive cases and litigation cases;
- Assist partner law firms in collecting information to prepare defenses;
- Review and validate petitions sent by partner law firms about sensitive cases;
- Assist in-house lawyers in the management of partner law firms.

Role Qualifications:

- Studying Bachelor's Law.
- Soft Skills: Dynamism, adaptability, communication, curiosity.
- Hard Skills: Litigation Law, Civil Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, Criminal Law.
- Educational Background:Not required.
- Preferred Industries Experience: Not required.
- Spoken Languages: English is preferred, but not required.
