Wood is currently sourcing a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. We are looking for a professional who will partner with local supervisors and leadership to provide guidance and coaching for the effective management of our people across the Wood sites. Functionally reporting to the America's Human Resources Vice President, and operationally to the In-Country Manager and managing the Human Resources Team.

Estamos à procura de um profissional que irá colaborar com supervisores locais e liderança para fornecer orientação e coaching para a gestão eficaz de nossa equipe em todos os locais da Wood. Reportando funcionalmente para o Vice-Presidente de Recursos Humanos das Américas e operacionalmente para o Gerente Local e gerenciando a equipe de Recursos Humanos.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience and be able to competently carry out the following:
- Advise supervisors and leaders on all aspects of local policy, employment legislation and employee relations.
- Enable and support leaders to achieve the shared vision and achievement of Contract goals.
- Provide overall management of service delivery through effective leadership and development of the regional Human Resources team in conjunction with the broader HR requirements.
- Builds and maintains key stakeholder relationships across the business to ensure satisfaction of delivery of services is defined and met.
- Acts as a business partner, providing advice and counsel in effective people management practices, ensuring that operations and processes within their area of responsibility are aligned to the overall business strategy, in line with relevant regulations, laws, and best practice.
- This role works with HR business partner teams, finance, payroll, and information technology systems team to advice on how to deliver business objectives.
- The role is responsible for developing high-performing HR teams with strong skills to provide innovative solutions to support employees, leaders, and HR stakeholders across the entire employment lifecycle.
- The role supports region-wide entity regionalization and integrations projects, supports people priorities, builds organizational effectiveness, leads change management, and mitigates risk. This role is accountable for all aspects of people in their area of responsibility, developing effective teams, and appropriate development of people and skills within their area of responsibility
Para ter sucesso nesta função, você precisará ter experiência e ser capaz de realizar competentemente o seguinte:
- Aconselhar supervisores e líderes em todos os aspectos da política local, legislação trabalhista e relações com funcionários.
- Capacitar e apoiar líderes para alcançar a visão compartilhada e o alcance dos objetivos do contrato.
- Fornecer gerenciamento geral da entrega de serviços por meio de liderança eficaz e desenvolvimento da equipe regional de Recursos Humanos em conjunto com os requisitos mais amplos de RH.
- Construir e manter relacionamentos com partes interessadas chave em toda a empresa para garantir que a satisfação da entrega de serviços seja definida e atendida.
- Atuar como parceiro de negócios, fornecendo conselhos e orientações em práticas eficazes de gestão de pessoas, garantindo que as operações e processos dentro de sua área de responsabilidade estejam alinhados com a estratégia global de negócios, de acordo com as regulamentações, leis e melhores práticas relevantes.
- Esta função trabalha com equipes de parceiros de negócios de RH, finanças, folha de pagamento e sistemas de tecnologia da informação para aconselhar sobre como alcançar objetivos de negócios.
- A função é responsável pelo desenvolvimento de equipes de RH de alto desempenho com habilidades fortes para fornecer soluções inovadoras para apoiar funcionários, líderes e partes interessadas de RH ao longo de todo o ciclo de emprego.
- A função suporta projetos de regionalização e integrações de entidades em toda a região, prioridades de pessoas, construção de eficácia organizacional, liderança em gerenciamento de mudanças e mitigação de riscos. Esta função é responsável por todos os aspectos das pessoas em sua área de responsabilidade. - Bachelors business Psychology or HR Degree is preferred
- At least 10 years’ experience in a Senior Human Resources role
- At least 5 + years of HR Generalist experience in a business-focused role with a large complex organization within regional area of responsibility
- Advanced English - Required
- Human Resources Certificate or member of a local HR Chapter - Desired
