**Your Responsibilities**:
***Interpretation of Regulations**: Understand and interpret specific regulations for chemicals, such as the Chemical Substances Law (Law No. 10.357/2001) and its complementary regulations. This includes identifying requirements for the registration, notification, and authorization of chemical substances.-
**Chemical Registration and Notification**: Coordinate the process of registering or notifying chemical substances with regulatory authorities, such as Chemical Products Information System (SISPQ) and Federal Police through the MAPA file.-
**Risk Assessment**: Assess the risks associated with the chemicals manufactured and marketed by the company. This may involve analyzing toxicity, physicochemical properties, exposure, and environmental impacts.-
**Preparation of Technical Documentation**: Develop and review the necessary technical documentation for the registration or notification of chemical substances, including safety dossiers, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and test reports.-
**Communication with Regulatory Authorities**: Act as a point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities, responding to inquiries, providing requested information, and ensuring compliance with requirements.-
**Classification and Labeling**: Classify chemicals according to harmonized classification systems (such as the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals - GHS) and ensure that labels, licenses and packaging are in compliance.-
**Monitoring Regulatory Changes**: Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards for the chemical sector in Brazil. This includes monitoring updates to lists of prohibited, restricted, or controlled substances.-
**Support for Research and Development**:Collaborate with research and development teams to ensure that new chemical substances are compliant with regulations from the outset.-
**Internal and External Audits**:Participate in internal audits to verify process and procedure compliance with regulations. Collaboration with external customers, suppliers’ audits, back office and P&D team, or regulatory agency inspections may also be necessary.-
**Compliance Management**: Develop and implement action plans to ensure the company's ongoing compliance with chemicals and support continuous improvement (VES)**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3 years exp with Regulatory Affairs.

**This is a Hybrid role based in São Paulo.**
