**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- We are looking for a Data Analyst who will support our client with its digital transformation.
- They must have strong experience with data analysis, transformation and visualization.
- They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights.
- They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.
- Data management: Ensuring the availability, quality, and security of data used for analysis and modeling.
- Data analysis: Investigating and interpreting data to identify actionable insights and opportunities for improvement
- Data transformation: Develop data flows (ETLs) using Alteryx (or other available tools) integrating multiple sources.
- Data visualization: Create meaningful and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive business growth.
- Communication: Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, JS, C#, VB, Python etc.).
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel.
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), preferably with Alteryx.
- Experience with data visualization (Power BI, DAX, Power Query).
- Relational Databases (preferably Oracle, PostgreSQL and MSSQL).
- Previous experience with financial data and ERP, mainly with SAP.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work as a team member.
- Ability to work in agile environments.
