BPMn & Camunda Expert

We are looking for a BPMN & Camunda Expert with the following requirements:
**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Process Engineer with a focus on BPMN process design and automation, experience running BPMN processes on Camunda;
- Proven experience in BPMN 2.0 modeling and integration with (micro) services;
- Experience in integrating Camunda BPMN workflows with REST services (preferably experience with Java and / or Python services), embedded Groovy scripting (and / or Python scripts) and integration of task UIs via external task patterns in html and JavaScript ? Experience in migrating business processes from non-BPMN platforms to BPMN engines;
- Experience in Camunda operations and process monitoring to participate in DevOps and support technical and business acceptance testing;
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with development teams and business process owners to facilitate joint workshops in the language of the business unit;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus) combined with a very strong customer focus;
- Experience in the regulated / public / banking industry is a plus Experience in developing and implementing data analytics solutions using best practice tools, technologies and methodologies is a plus ? The following topics must be fundamentally covered in addition to the technical hard skills listed above: software development methodologies, technical and functional documentation in Confluence and MarkDown (MD) files in Git repositories, UML technical documentation and data modeling, agile development;
- Creative problem solving skills and sound judgment - Ability to show initiative and take responsibility for decisions while acting as a team player.
