**Tech Lead**

Lead Fintech technology initiatives journey since roadmaps to developments, deploys and sustain, aligned with Bunge Technology standards and methodologies.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Work with the Product Owner to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack
- Partnernig with the Product Owner in requeriments definition and acceptance criteria, and communicate tradeoffs effectively with Tech Teams,

providing project estimates and timelines.
- Share responsibility with Product Owner for building reusable and scalable componentes, versioning the product efficiently and effectively
- Oversee the FinTech technical team (internal & external - majority) and synchronize all projects and business requirements - analyzing them and

planning deliverables.
- Manage the delivery of FinTech projects and products, overseeing deployments and new releases.
- Result-driven achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals, identifying risks and forming contingency plans
- Write and present progress reports (all org levels - to technical teams and main stakeholders)
- Constant look for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress

of projects, challenging Business and Tech Teams to ensure the best equation for Bunge Technology and FinTech
- Ability to work in complex environment and manage changes, assess risk and provide guidance for C-Level decision making
- Be part of Bunge Technology team, aligning and contributing to the governance in place
- Promote Collaboration and Engagement
- Manage a team of developers and provide guidance and support to ensure they are able to perform at their best
- Oversee the development of software products from conception to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the

highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet business requirements and are aligned with overall EACoE Strategy
- Implement and improve processes for software development, including agile methodologies, code reviews, and automated testing
- Ensure that projects are delivered with appropriate documentation and knowledge transfer to support maintenance and future development
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, quality, and overall team performance
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development to inform future development and team strategy.

**Knowledge and Technical Competencies**
- Agile methodologies and governance
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience integrating products with ERP (SAP) is a plus
- High level knowledge of DevOps principles and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- English at professional level
- Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience with LEANIX and TOGAF are a plus
- Experience with Microservices and API design and maintenance is required
- Basic knowledge of Security standards and audit processes is a plus

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or Technology relat
