- Knowledge in recruitment processes (recruitment workflows, interviews, etc.)
- Knowledge in recruitment metrics
- Good English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Proactivity to learn and suggest improvements to processes
- Good sense of teamwork and desire to reach goals together, not individually
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work at the office in Porto Alegre
