- Experiência sólida em liderança técnica, gerenciando equipes de engenharia e operações de plataformas;
- Conhecimento de práticas ágeis, DevOps e provisionamento de infraestrutura na AWS;
- Habilidades em colaboração interdepartamental e comunicação eficaz;
- Experiência prévia em engenharia de delivery, CI/CD e infraestrutura é altamente valorizada;
- Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas e tomada de decisões;
- Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou área relacionada.

**Principais responsabilidades**:
**Liderança e Gestão**
- Supervisionar a equipe de Plataformas de Engenharia, incluindo engenheiros de delivery, especialistas em CI/CD e profissionais de infraestrutura;
- Motivar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e de crescimento;
- Definir metas claras e mensuráveis para a equipe e garantir o alcance consistente desses objetivos.

**Estratégia e Planejamento**
- Colaborar com os líderes de outras equipes e stakeholders para definir a estratégia de plataformas de engenharia alinhada com os objetivos globais da empresa;
- Planejar e priorizar iniciativas que aprimorem a eficiência da engenharia, a qualidade do delivery e a agilidade operacional.

**Gestão Técnica**
- Supervisionar a engenharia de delivery, garantindo a documentação, criação e aprovação eficazes de mudanças nos projetos;
- Impulsionar a implementação de melhores práticas de CI/CD para garantir entregas contínuas e confiáveis;
- Orientar a equipe na criação de recursos e bibliotecas que elevem a qualidade e a reutilização de soluções arquiteturais.

**Infraestrutura e AWS**
- Liderar a estratégia de provisionamento de infraestrutura na AWS, garantindo que os recursos sejam escaláveis, seguros e otimizados;
- Colaborar com especialistas em infraestrutura para desenvolver soluções eficazes e inovadoras.

**Inovação e Melhoria Contínua**
- Identificar oportunidades de inovação tecnológica e processual para aprimorar as operações da equipe e impulsionar a eficiência;
- Promover uma cultura de melhoria contínua, incentivando a adoção de novas tecnologias, ferramentas e práticas.
