- Job Purpose
- Responsible for managing and controlling operations activities in the execution of services at the unit, ensuring interfaces between the areas of planning, production, process engineering, installations, supplies, logistics and alignment with other areas. Ensuring that activities are carried out within the results established in accordance with the organization's budget and guidelines.
- Job Description
Ensuring that the facilities of the Services unit are sized, adequate and aligned with the development of demands according to the service portfolio;
- Ensuring that new concepts and technologies are validated to meet customer needs for the products supplied by the company, so as not to generate downtime in offshore operations or loss of production.
- Drawing up business plans, based on the company's strategic planning, including sizing the appropriate physical and human resources for the volume of business expected over the next 3 years;
- Drawing up the annual expenditure and investment budget, monitoring its progress on a monthly basis and ensuring that the approved limit is not exceeded;
- Ensure the exchange of information with other TechnipFMC units around the world in order to disseminate best practices within the organization;
- Ensuring the availability of a qualified workforce to meet the needs of their area, by selecting, training, managing and motivating their subordinates;
- Contribute to raising the quality level of products by disseminating information about the product and discussing the process in advance with those responsible for execution.
