**Responsabilidades e atribuições**

O Brand Researcher tem a missão de apoiar a área de Branding para trazer insight e dados claros e críticos sobre a percepção da experiência da marca junto aos diversos públicos impactados, auxiliando de forma qualitativa na contrução de nosso customer intelligence.

O seu dia a dia incluirá:

- Construir metodologias, instrumentos de pesquisa, aplicação em campo e/ou remotamente para mapear e analisar indicadores quanti e quali além dos próprios processos core para que o ponta a ponta de pesquisa possa ser operacionalizado;
- Apoiar a gestão de Branding e no desenvolvimento de iniciativas de marca alimentando gestão e squads de criação de conteúdos com dados e insights;
- Promover reuniões e workshops com os stakeholders para apresentar insights das pesquisas de forma crítica, clara e concisa utilizando relatórios e apresentações visuais;
- Conduzir pesquisas quanto a conhecimento da marca, onde ela está presente, percepção de valor e julgamento e relacionamento do público com a marca desde quem não conhece até até a devoção;
- Conduzir pesquisa periódica de mercado, concorrentes, legislação entre outros para entendimento do posicionamento da marca dentro do ecossistema da logística rodoviária;
- Gerir o conteúdo de Benchmarking em espaço compartilhado com outras áreas coletoras de dados como Marketing e Product Design;
- Suporte na analise e consolidação de relatórios de CX e no trabalho de entendimento de causas. Participação ativa na construção de dashboards e de formulação das perguntas que deverão ser respondidas por BI. Atuar como guardião da integridade de dados e insights,
- Promover comunidade de pesquisa para troca em espaço de liberdade e confiança com de outras áreas e promover a troca com pesquisadoras externas para fomentar a cultura de pesquisa.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Graduação Completa - Marketing, Psicologia, Ciências Socias, Serviço Social e áreas correlatas;
- Domínio de ferramentas de pesquisa e análise de dados (Survey Monkey, Excel);
- Domínio de metodologias de pesquisa quanti e quali alinhadas a pesquisas etnográficas, de negócios e mercado;
- Domínio de Research Ops;
- Experiência em estruturação de roteiros, construção e análise de jornadas, personas e indicadores;
- Capacidade de observação e imersão em diferentes contextos e clientes;
- Disponibilidade para viagens,
- CNH válida.
