F&v Portfolio Leader

**Description**:
Responsible for marketing strategy for F&V (5 y plan) and to consolidate Portfolio Offering for those Crops, focused on Sales Campaigns, Promotion and Price Management
Responsible to create and execute Company Strategy for F&V, while CONSOLIDATING Portfolio strategy, segmentation, define 4P strategy w/in annual and mid-term marketing plans
Responsible to create and implement Customized Sales Campaigns depending on market & customer needs for each Region and deliver the target price
Accountable for a consolidate Crop Offering Communication strategy and direction working directly with marketing and Communication Team
Key stakeholder for demand forecast with inputs and clear assumptions (CY+2) for Portfolio revenue and contribution margin.
Lead the Field Marketing Managers and coach in marketing disciplines, with focus on DEMAND CREATION, PROMOTION & PRICE Management
Create a robust demand generation plan, including product launching, leading and involving Agronomy and Sales team, focus on product value and opportunity aligned with company strategy;
Accountable for F&V Marketing Programs, Incentives and CRM, working directly with Business Intelligence, RTM and Com. Effectiveness Teams
Expected to directly interaction with Global teams to achieve F&V global goals.

**Qualifications**:
Solid experience in F&V Crop Protection Business;
Degree in Agronomy, Administration, Marketing or correlated areas;
Work experience 10 years - Marketing and Sales;
MBA is considered a differentiation;
Experience in Project Lead is considered a plus;
English level - Advanced;
Office package - Power Point, Excel;
People Management Experience;
