As a data engineer, you will develop solutions to complex business problems which combine industry standard practices with innovation. This position offers exposure to a wide variety of analytic tools and technologies. Be ready to meet data challenges head-on as you develop and refine data processes to marry data from multiple structured and unstructured data sources which ultimately feed into the creation, evaluation, implementation, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with business partners and peers in the organization to understand and scope the problem, gather business requirements and facilitate the data integration process.
- Execute all aspects of analytics initiatives including exploratory data analysis, data preprocessing, model development, model deployment.
- Ability to synthesize data, to uncover inherent trends in data, to assess impact of data on business usage, and to make recommendations for improvement.
- Create excellent working relationships with business partners across the Chubb organization, IT and Analytics peer groups.

- Colaborar com parceiros de negócios e colegas na organização para entender e delimitar o problema, coletar requisitos de negócios e facilitar o processo de integração de dados.
- Executar todos os aspectos das iniciativas de análise, incluindo análise exploratória de dados, preprocessamento de dados, desenvolvimento de modelos, implantação de modelos.
- Habilidade para consolidação de dados, descobrir tendências, avaliar o impacto dos dados no uso de negócios e fazer recomendações para melhorias.
- Criar excelentes relacionamentos de trabalho com parceiros de negócios em toda a organização da Chubb, grupos de pares de TI e análise.
- Comunicação eficaz com as partes interessadas-chave em formatos escritos, orais e de apresentação.
