**Time Kovi**:
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Responsável pelo Guardião da empresa;
- Analisa, subsidiado por dados, todas as denúncias feitas;
- Desenvolver e supervisionar sistemas de controle para evitar ou lidar com violações de diretrizes legais e políticas internas;
- Avaliar a eficiência dos controles e melhorá-los continuamente;
- Revisar procedimentos, relatórios, etc. periodicamente para identificar riscos ocultos ou problemas de não conformidade;
- Desenvolver, modificar e implementar políticas da empresa;
- Colaborar com os conselhos corporativos e departamentos de RH para monitorar a aplicação de normas e regulamentos;
- Avaliar os futuros empreendimentos da empresa para identificar possíveis riscos à conformidade;
- Revisar o trabalho dos colegas quando necessário para identificar problemas de conformidade e fornecer orientação ou treinamento;
- Acompanhar os desenvolvimentos regulatórios dentro ou fora da empresa, além de desenvolver as melhores práticas em controle de conformidade;
- Preparar relatórios para a gerência sênior e os órgãos reguladores externos, conforme apropriado.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Inglês fluente;
- Excel e SQL(diferencial);
- Experiência em Compliance;
- Conhecimento profundo dos padrões e regulamentações do setor de automoveis e/ou logística;
- Excelente conhecimento dos procedimentos de relatório e manutenção de registros;
- Perspicácia nos negócios aliada a uma dedicação à legalidade;
- Metódico e diligente, com excelentes habilidades de planejamento;
- Uma mente analítica capaz de “ver” as complexidades dos procedimentos e regulamentos;
- Excelente atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de observação;
- Excepcionais habilidades interpessoais e de comunicação;
- Bacharelado em Direito, Finanças, Administração de Empresas ou áreas relacionadas;
