Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with potential customers in the mining industry.- Present and demonstrate the technical features and benefits of pumps, valves and cyclones to existing and potential customers.- Understand the specific needs of mining customers and recommend appropriate technical solutions.- Perform technical evaluations of existing equipment at mining facilities and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including product specifications, pricing and delivery schedules.- Negotiate contract terms with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and business profitability.- Provide post-sales technical support, including training, customer service, and problem resolution.- Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage equipment sales and installation projects at mining facilities.- Stay abreast of market trends, competition and technological innovations in mining pumps, valves and cyclones.
What you bring:
- Mechanical, mining, electrical and production technician or engineer- At least 5 years' experience in maintenance and maintenance planning for mining equipment. Have worked or have training in sales or business management.- Advanced Portuguese- Intermediate English- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.- Customer focus and ability to identify sales opportunities.- Commitment to safety and compliance with standards and policies.
