O Técnico de Laboratório é responsável por fornecer PSD seguro, eficiente e confiável aos clientes. O Técnico de Laboratório identifica oportunidades para melhorar a prestação de serviços. Essa pessoa realiza testes de garantia de qualidade nos produtos da empresa, prepara relatórios laboratoriais antes da prestação do serviço no local do poço e fornece suporte técnico avançado durante a seleção de aditivos e projeto de fluidos. O Técnico de Laboratório mantém contato com os Laboratórios de Suporte ao Cliente e/ou locais operacionais, centros de produtos e o repositório InTouch.
- Garanta que as entregas do trabalho sejam precisas e entregues no prazo.
- Desenvolva o nível de competência necessário para realizar seleção avançada de aditivos e projeto de fluidos.
- Certifique-se de que o equipamento do laboratório esteja limpo e funcionando e que os resíduos sejam descartados regularmente.
- Preparar apresentações técnicas para clientes internos e externos.
- Realizar auditorias regulares para garantir que o laboratório opere de acordo com os padrões exigidos.
- Auxiliar o engenheiro de projeto/técnico e os campeões de produto com suporte técnico conforme necessário.
- Execute análises de risco antes de cada tarefa ou trabalho para identificar e mitigar possíveis preocupações de segurança ou qualidade.
- Participe de Reuniões de Qualidade de Serviço com clientes e melhore o desempenho através de planos de ação.
- Participar de iniciativas de SMS e Qualidade.
- Use EPI e observe as políticas de SMS.
- Mantenha o treinamento de segurança necessário.
