HR Business Partner

We are looking for an **HR BUSINESS PARTNER **to work in our new Limeira Plant (SP).

You will be involved in a concrete change management project, reforcing the Nice company culture and helping people embracing it.

**MAIN TASKS**:

- Provide HR policy guidance and ensure they’re aligned with Nice business goals
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Resolve complex employee and unions relations issues and address grievances
- Directly support HSE and others industrial functions
- Analyze trends and metrics to suggest new HR strategies together with the HR Manager
- Manage recruiting and selection activities, defining role¨and organization requirements and managing internal induction program
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals and follow the progress of the training
- Support Internal Communication and manage ad hoc projects in order to encourage retention and attract potential talents

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Master’s degree in Law, Management Engineering or HR related field
- Post Graduate Master in HR Management will be considered as a plus
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or as Plant HR
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Industrial relations experience will be considered as a plus
- Excellent people management skills
- Flexible and goal oriented
- Fluency in English
