- Job Description
Act as key-user of the department, through participation in implementations and developments of system and/or process improvements;
- Implement new policies and procedures related to cost management and control, inventory and hedge accounting;
- Perform control and accounting routines for financial instruments, as well as support operational areas regarding exchange rate exposure protection;
- Perform monthly closing routines to ensure the accuracy of inventory and results for the period;
- Lead the inventory process and its controls and adjustments, in accordance with Company procedures;
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax obligations, by preparing the necessary information for SPED (ECD and ECF, including block K) and for financial statements;
- Prepare an annual stock report for analysis of Obsolete and Excess, according to the procedure, request analysis by planning, consolidate final report and meet with the Director and Logistics Manager for decision making;
- Contribute to the annual budget process through the preparation, analysis and management support of information on expenses, allocations, productive hours and inventories according to the schedule pre-established by the corporation;
- Prepare expense report by cost center and production rates by period, comparing with budget, identifying and explaining variations and sending to managers for analysis;
- Effectively participate in all cost and closing process improvement initiatives, meeting whenever necessary with the areas involved and the system analyst, seeking to improve processes.
- You are meant for this job if:

Degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Economics or Production Engineering;
- At least 4 years of experience in the Costs area;
- English: Fluent / Advanced;
- Experience in product costs.
- Mandatory: SAP and MS Office (advanced Excel).
- Desirable Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controlling and Finance;
- Power BI is desirable.
