Immunology Disease Area Specialist (DAS) to work on the launch of a new product in the Therapeutic Area of Psoriasis.

**Disease Area Specialists (DAS) **embody our medical mission in becoming a trusted, agile partner who engages in influential dialogue and delivers timely, high impact data and insights that advance the science or accelerate access, shape medical practice and drive appropriate adoption of BMS medicines. The DAS role is an **office-based position**.

DAS perform their activities in an ethical and compliant manner, in adherence with all BMS policies and external laws and regulations.

1. Local Medical Strategy
- Develop and execute the Annual Local Medical Plan aligned with the Global Medical Strategy, Local Medical Data Gaps & Needs and Brand Strategy.
- Participate in the Local Brand Plan development, providing strategic medical inputs into the development of Brand plans.
- Guide the strategic development of annual Field Medical Plan, supporting regional situational analysis according to MSL territory
- Contribute to the development of scientific publications or presentations, as appropriate.

2. Co-Lead the medical strategy for the Field medical
- Strategic and scientific orientation of Field Medical.
- Regular Discussions on Medical Plan/Field Medical Plan implementation.
- Participation on MSL hiring process, MSL onboarding and certification.
- Periodic co-visit with MSLs.

3. External Environment and Customer Focus
- Identify, develop and maintain interactions with Thought Leaders, HCPs, investigators and access stakeholders, providing scientific and medical information, compliantly with BMS standard operating procedures and local codes of practice, guidelines and law.
- Actively gain and disseminate valuable insights from the healthcare community on BMS Therapeutic Areas, Products and services, which can help guide research, development and marketed products.
- Effectively present information to HCPs, as appropriate, ensuring medical accuracy and compliance with local procedures, ethical and legal guidelines.
- Actively profile the medical landscape and continuously update knowledge and expertise in products, patient treatment trends, unmet medical needs, clinical trials and scientific activities.
- Understand the competitive landscape and actively prepare to address informational needs of customers.

4. Provide medical and technical expertise to Internal Stakeholders
- Support scientific area/product specific trainings and provide key scientific updates to internal stakeholders (Commercialization, Regulatory, Patient Safety, Legal, etc) - personally or guiding medical team/ Local TL Expert hiring on the training area/theme.
- Contribute to HEOR in local RWD data generation.
- Review and approval of promotional materials content (consistent with the Promotional and Non-Promotional BMS procedural documents and/or local codes).
- Development, review and approval of BMS external medical presentations.
- Contribute to the strategic and development of the medical _I _scientific sections of pricing and reimbursement files and Regulatory Submissions Dossiers.
- Actively participate in global meetings, sharing medical insights and contribute to the product strategy.
- Ensure audit readiness with appropriate knowledge on process and documents, effectively contributing to the internal audits.

5. Support Clinical Trial Activities
- Support clinical development activities, including inputs on Country Feasibility, identification and assessment of potential study sites, facilitate BMS and investigator activities, support patient recruitment and discussions around the safe/effectiveness of BMS investigational products.
