**We Offer**

You will assist clients by providing investment advisory services, including trading interaction, trade ideas, performance reports and portfolio advisory. The scope of the position also includes product analysis and design, and optimization of general processes.

The CSCIL Cross-Asset Solutions team has three main pillars, which are (i) advisory to LatAm clients, including in connection with their investments in onshore and offshore markets; (ii) process optimization to capitalize and better allocate resources throughout the client base, increase the effectiveness of campaigns and find clients interested in large bespoke trades; (iii) product specialists who support colleagues on the CSCIL team and the Global Investment Advisors team.

The team is focused on delivering excellence to clients through strong commitment to and partner-ship with clients and internal stakeholders.
- You Offer

Acting as a product specialist, you will assist in the advisory process by providing analysis of specific portfolios and overall client base exposures, in reliance on the following qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree in engineering or economics
- Analytical thought, with logical and mathematical abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ownership mindset and accountability of own work - resilience and dedication combined with capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
- Investment certifications (desirable): CEA (Anbima), CGA (Anbima), CFA

Knowledge of corporate finance, derivatives, statistics, and financial products (desirable)
