By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:

- Monitor and expand a portfolio of subsurface reservoir modelling and monitoring with peers, universities, technology centers, local companies and all technology external ecosystem supporting to add valuable deliveries to achieve Equinor´s ambition.
- Perform modelling of geological elements (structural modelling; 3D grid building; facies and property modelling; upscaling to simulation model), identification of geological scenarios to be modelled as well as quantifying uncertainty parameters to be represented. Interacting with other discipline and contributors to develop models fit for flow simulation and production estimation/prediction.
- Follow-up development and qualification projects and activities within reservoir modelling and monitoring, including focused on workflow development for better reservoir properties prediction and uncertainty handling, integrated multidisciplinary workflows for modelling (static and dynamic) and well property prediction using multiple data sources and scales. Cooperating with domain specialists and leading advisors in Brazil and Norway to develop and implement cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions.
- Secure development in accordance with relevant requirements and standards, collaborating with the full value chain to understand business needs, technology gaps and opportunities.
- Contractor follow-up and collaboration with other Joint Industry Project (JIP) participants/operators.
- Promote technology in Brazilian operational units and support the full Equinor portfolio, with a focus on early phase development projects.

- A Master's degree in Geology or equivalent industry experience in geomodelling/dynamic simulation and relevant experience in technology, research and project development.
- A minimum of 7 years experience with geological modelling in Pre-Salt carbonates.
- Ability and interest in learning scripting and programming in G&G tools are a requirement to develop automated, script-based workflows.
- Knowledge/experience of ANP regulations for Research and Development is a benefit.
- Eligibilty for CREA registration.
- Good project management skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and Advanced English (oral and written).
- Structured, systematic, and result-oriented professional.
- Strong cooperation skills, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
