Responsibilities: - Actively manage paid social campaigns to achieve customer goals - which can range from engagement, acquisitions, direct response, reach, and frequency;
- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation, and appropriate action plans based on conclusions drawn from the data;
- Communicate with clients about all elements of the campaign, including project planning, performance, and status;
- Develop and manage the execution of campaign plans;
- Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.);
- Assist in developing the media strategy and building paid social media plans (including targeting and targeting audiences, messages, flights, budget, etc.);
- Fully understand the client's business strategies, goals, and KPIs;
- Develop, grow and maintain relationships through exceptional customer service;
- Provide creative guidance to clients, partner agencies, and internal teams to help clients tell their stories;
- Support and assist in developing team members to optimize their performance, contribution, and job satisfaction.
Requisitos Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred; Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research; Interest in following advertising and media trends; Working knowledge of media analytics software; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Organizational and multitasking abilities; Attention to detail; Critical thinking skills; BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
