**Job Description and Responsibilities**

We are now looking for a Marketing Manager for Brazil. This is a remote role.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Support the Brazilian sales teams with marketing material and assets
- Identify marketing growth opportunities in Brazil for Hantec
- Support the global marketing team with its efforts in growing the brand
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objective.
- Generate creative and innovative ideas for advertising and social content.
- Support Partners in the region with ongoing events, marketing and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and trade shows.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- Assist with translations for all materials

**Profile**
- A keen interest and understanding of the CFD industry in Brazil.
- Ideally minimum 2 years’ experience within the industry.
- Strong understanding of social media.
- Understanding of regional nuances and cultural differences.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Able to work in a team, however independent and pro-active.
- Positive, enthusiastic problem solver who relishes a challenge and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to an evolving environment and industry.
- Multi language skills advantageous.
