The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Liderar uma equipe e todo o fluxo referente às atividades das operações (recebimento até carregamento). Efetuar ações administrativas do departamento.
- Realizar e analisar os relatórios.
- Avaliar as condições de segurança das pessoas e dos equipamentos envolvidos.
- Respeito às normas de segurança e qualidade, assegurando excelência em toda cadeia logística.

**Requirements**:

- Ensino Médio completo.
- Superior Completo (Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas).
- Conhecimento intermediário em pacote Microsoft Office.
- Inglês intermediário
