Siemens Energy has an opportunity available asan Assurance professional, which offers hands-on experience identifying andsolving issues that have an impact on important business decisions acrossSiemens Energy globally. You will workwith an international team to identify the root cause of critical issues,assess the level of impact on the business, and define actions to mitigate andprevent identified issues in the future. **HowYou’ll Make an Impact**
- Collaborate with the engagementteam to prepare for engagements by reviewing the audit scope, determining thework plan, and participating in the risk assessment of the client environmentprior to fieldwork.
- Execute assigned sections of thework plan to identify potential issues, areas for improvement, and formulaterecommended actions through review of documentation and client inquiry.
- Provide timely status updates tothe Engagement Owner by communicating observations, engagement risks, andpotential roadblocks.
- Actively seek clarificationamongst team members on engagement task requirements, processes, controls andtechnical matters as needed.
- Prepare working papers and reviewinitial drafts of less experienced team members for discussion with theEngagement Owner. Discuss cleared auditfindings with the client and agree on management planned actions. Draft initial sections of the audit reportand participate in discussions with management.
- Perform all other duties asassigned

**What You Bring***
- Strong academic backgroundincluding a bachelor’s degree, business related course of study preferred.
- Years of relevant projectmanagement experience in energy sector or renewables (manufacturing, productbusiness, construction contracts or project accounting) or comparableexperience within Siemens Energy
- Necessary skills, experience andmotivation to develop out of the SE Assurance department within 3-5 years andmove into a business role at Siemens Energy
- Commitment to continuous learningand education
- Demonstrated history of careeradvancement
- Ability to continue on anaccelerated career track
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Travel required (20-40%): domesticand international
- Domestic and/or internationalmobility including previous experience either working or studying abroad
- Advanced spoken and writtenEnglish
- Spanish is a plus
