- Facilitate end user acceptance testing
- Creation of technical specifications based on requirements
- Estimate the level of effort/cost of new requirements and support requests
- Review and understand business requirements/use cases and functional details
- Design solutions that maximize the out of the box features of the product and minimize customizations
- Test configuration changes and assist QA team in test planning and troubleshooting
- Research business situations, identify areas of concern and present solutions

**Requirements**:

- Work Experience: Two years in a similar role (preferably SAP FSRI system testing and Reinsurance domain)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Able to thrive in a team working in medium-large-scale projects
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore software development environment
- Has analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Can speak and write in English
- Able to interpret technical data
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FSCD / FiGL / Workflow development
- 2+ years of experience in Insurance and SAP FSRI development
- Nice to haves: Familiar with S4HANA and Fiori
- Soft skills: Team player, data-driven, problem-solving mindset, can multitask, and meet deadlines
