Team Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Sr. Analysit Dive into the exciting world of ride-hailing, working closely with industry experts to understand and improve city performance.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams, develop critical insights and contribute to company-wide projects. Excel in a fast-paced environment, balance detail with agility, and help build a vibrant, inclusive work culture.

Role Responsibilities:

- Build deep insights and understanding of the ride-hailing business from different fields, such as rider and driver behaviour, customer lifecycle management, efficiency of campaigns;
- Create regular reports and presentations to communicate city performance and trends to senior management and other relevant stakeholders;
- Develop and lead action plans to improve or adjust the city performance;
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary projects related to our main Company OKRs;
- Ensure collaboration with marketing and product teams to improve operational productivity & user experience;
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength;
- Create a fun, inclusive, and safe work culture. You will help build a hard-working, challenging but fun workplace. Above all else, you will be responsible to ensure the safety of your team, our drivers and our riders.

Role Qualifications:

- Engineering, Economics, Computer science, Statistics, Business Administration or any related bachelor’s degree;
- Previous experience in Operations, Aviation sector or Consulting;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools;
- Data driven focus (SQL - Python knowledge is a plus) and proven to have strong critical thinking;
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly;
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to seek for solutions;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Mission-driven entrepreneurship and strong team spirit;
