**Responsibilities**
**What will you work on**:
The Lay’s and shoestring analyst has the role of giving support and managing all business and communications agendas for Lay’s, Lay’s Rústicas, Lay’s Sensações and Elma Shoestring. It will be essential to maintain consistency as we grow the brand presence in the consumers homes and minds in Brazil. Handling all the deliverables alongside global and regional teams without losing from sight our local demands. One of the main goals is to keep the brand on our buyers top of mind and aiming to grow share and penetration in a very competitive and high selling market. Juggling many topics at once, working in a fast pace and always changing scenario as well as having good relationships with internal and external stakeholders is a must. This position has a high demand not only in communication but also in business, requiring a professional that enjoys marketings’ more holistic point of view.
- Develop reports and analyses of brand performance and main players based on internal (sell in, positivation, write-offs, P&L, customer service) and external data (Nielsen, Kantar, social listening, ad hoc research, etc.) to identify opportunities and suggest plans when necessary - execution accountability
- Lead Project fronts such as endomarketig, PR, campaigns and activations dealing with external and internal stakeholders such as agencies, suppliers, legal, trade marketing, brand experience, media, insights, artwork, design connections, etc. for each of the campaigns - execution accountability
- Support development, launch and tracking of innovation pipeline - providing consultation
- Coordinate digital content for our brands social medias - execution accountability
- Responsible for the whole packaging exchange process including Dragonfly platform and internal approvals - execution accountability
- Elaborate and present selling stories and pos audit of all the brands initiatives - execution accountability
- Support multifunctional initiatives such and productivity and labelling representing the brand in the projects forums. - providing consultation
- Support the brand manager with all aspects involving UCL campaign, dealing directly with multifunctional teams around the globe - execution accountability
- Lead Lay’s PepsiCo positive agenda (Replay, F2P, bio-based packaging, etc.) - execution accountability
- Lead shoestring business agenda and all demands concerning this category - execution accountability
- Coordinate marketing contracts with legal and our suppliers along with registration of new suppliers and materials with GBS team - execution accountability
- Support team intern in her development and activities - execution accountability
- Budget control and SOX - execution accountability
