**What You'll Bring**:
Mandatório:

- Ensino superior completo.
- Experiência em desenvolvimento de modelos preditivos com uso de dados de crédito.
- Sólidos conhecimentos de crédito (ciclo de crédito, política).
- Forte pensamento analítico, crítico e criativo, vontade de tomar iniciativa na solução de problemas para os setores de serviços financeiros, seguros ou varejo.
- Vivência em trabalhos com clientes (internos e externos) no desenvolvimento de estudos analíticos.
- Experiência em manuseio de banco de dados (big data).
- Software Rstudio\Python e SQL.

Desejável:

- Programação Python.
- Inglês avançado
- A pessoa deve ser analítica, detalhista, Pro ativa, comunicativa, fácil relacionamento, entusiasmada e curiosa em aprender.

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Participação em equipes multifuncionais para impulsionar novas iniciativas de negócios e entregar soluções analíticas de valor agregado aos nossos clientes.
- Desenvolver modelos analíticos preditivos principalmente para os segmentos financeiros, seguros ou varejo.
- Participação em trabalhos analíticos em conjunto com clientes (desenvolvimento de soluções customizadas) e laboratórios para novas visões\insights, para uma variedade de casos de uso de negócios, usando várias técnicas analíticas. Entre as atividades estão: design, desenvolvimento, revisão, apresentação ao cliente, implantação e auditoria\monitoramento.
- Conversas com clientes (internos e externos) para entendimento de necessidades.
- Apresentação de projetos
esultados das soluções.
