**Description**

**Atividades e responsabilidades**:

- Trabalho junto a equipes de 3 a 5 consultores, com papel ativo em todos os pontos de contato com o cliente;
- Análise de dados, formulação e teste de hipóteses, desenvolvendo e comunicando recomendações;
- Apresentação dos resultados à liderança do cliente e implementação das recomendações validadas;
- Liderança de frentes de trabalho complexas e interlocução com os diferentes níveis de liderança dos clientes;
- Apoio ao crescimento da prática, apoiando desenvolvendo produtos, metodologias e propostas comerciais.

**Competências profissionais**:

- Histórico profissional sólido com exemplos de alta performance;
- Habilidades analíticas e comprovadas na resolução de problemas;
- Capacidade de execução ativa (i.e. hands-on) de tarefas complexas;
- Habilidade para trabalhar de colaborativamente em ambiente heterogêneo;
- Capacidade de desenvolver bom trânsito com todos os níveis hierárquicos;
- Capacidade de comunicar ideias complexas em inglês e português;
- Disponibilidade para viajar.

**Qualificações**:

- Ensino superior completo preferencialmente em cursos correlatos (e.g. Engenharia, Administração);
- Pós-graduação desejável preferencialmente em cursos correlatos (e.g. Administração, Finanças, Projetos);
- Experiência relevante em consultoria ou indústria necessária.
