The Tekk Group are an award winning Technology Rental company with a UK HQ and locations around the world including Las Vegas, London, Barcelona and Dubai.
We are looking for an Administrator for our Sao Paulo office to help organise our day to day UK logistics, accounts and also sales administration process efficiently.
Responsibilities include supporting the logistics with booking delivery and collections, es, arranging shipping documentation for various global locations along with liaising with clients on the progress of their orders. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfilment cycle.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan shipments based on availability and client requirements.
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries/collections.
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders, carnets)
- Plan technicians travel including flights, hotel transport for international orders.
- Schedule routes for our drivers.
- Provide information to clients about the status of their orders.
- Adding invoices to the accounting system
- Reconciling the accounts when needed
- Adding expenses and receipts
- Sales support - Taking down details of enquiries
- Invoicing missing and damaged items
**Requirements**:
- ,Work experience as a n Administrator or similar role is ideal.
- Working United Kingdom Hours
- Knowledge of logistics software systems is ideal
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Basic Sales knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must speak English Fluently

Pay: R$45,000.00 - R$55,000.00 per year
